Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be in the original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Sale or clearance items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

To initiate a return, please email us at vivilunajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at vivilunajewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
